Let's put the data into a database, with queries that will show the information that you need now, and only that information, until you tell it otherwise!

It's all easier than you think. Once your data is organized, it is a simple matter of "asking the right question" to see the results that you need.

Do you need a Word document with spaces that can be filled in to use as a form? Again, this can be made for you. Tell us what information you are collecting. We will create the form that is editable, can be used as a template, and that you will be able to expand on for other uses. We will show you how to create "variations on a theme", in order that you will have any number of forms for any circumstances.

The information that is filled on the form can be caused to automatically be linked to a database. In this manner you have got your forms filled out, and the data ready to be accessed in any reports or surveys, etc., that you are gathering the information for! With the press of a button (or two) your data is ready to present.
